This website does not store enquiry-form submissions. The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. If you contact us, we will receive the contact details and message you choose to send and use them to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, provide coaching services.
How long information is kept
Enquiry and client correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was provided, legal obligations and legitimate business record-keeping. A final retention schedule should be confirmed before launch.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights over your personal information, including access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection. Contact us to make a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
